Striped Ruffle Romper

Spring has sprung and I am truly feeling the happiest i’ve been in a while. There’s just something about being able to work from my porch, taking walks without a jacket, and driving with the windows down that makes my heart feel full. Spring also happens to be my favorite weather for fashion. In the winter you need too many layers, fall just leads in to winter, and summer is too damn hot (sweating every day? i’m good thanks). Spring is truly my cup of tea.

I also have a June birthday so I may be a little biased when it comes to loving the warm weather 😉 Now let’s talk about the fashion. I love how in the warm weather you can throw on a super simple dress or romper and be done hahah, it’s soo simple. That’s why i’m stocking up on rompers, dresses, flow-y shirts, and comfy boyfriend shorts this season.

This romper from Red Dress is one of my faves. While it’s super simple because it’s all one piece, the ruffle detailing, one shoulder, and bow-tie really spice it up. The style feels perfect for any occasion from dressy to casual. When i’m shopping, I try to grab things that are multi-functional and can be worn for a ton of different occasions rather than just one. In that way, you can mix and match all of your pieces and make endless amounts of outfits. Isn’t that the dream?
