Chocolate Overnight Oatmeal Recipe + New Starbucks Sweet Mornings Coffee

Chocolate Overnight Oatmeal (so Healthy & Easy to Make!)
Calling all of the people who snooze their alarms five times in a row so that they can get those extra few minutes of sleep, this one is for YOU. If you haven’t heard of overnight oatmeal, let me just say, it is the breakfast of CONVENIENCE and does all the work while you sleep.

So today, I am bringing you one of my favorite easy breakfast recipes that takes zero time in the morning: Chocolate Overnight Oatmeal paired with Starbucks® Sweet Mornings Blend coffee.

On the mornings I don’t have to run out the door, I love to take a few minutes to relax before the day. I wake up, turn on a podcast to start the day, grab my overnight oats, and brew a big cup of my favorite Starbucks® Sweet Mornings Blend. The chocolate overnight oatmeal pairs perfectly with this blend. I’ve been loving it for fall since it has notes of fig and dusted cocoa. It really highlights the sweet, fruity flavors in my breakfast faves.

When I first found this brew, I picked up the ground version. Since then, I’ve been buying the K-Cup® Pods, too, so that I can have it on busy mornings as well as more leisurely ones. Seriously, I go to bed at night looking forward to my cup of Starbucks Sweet Mornings Blend and my overnight oats. Does anyone else do this? It really gets me out of bed in the morning and is the best post-workout treat.

I picked it up at my local Acme in the coffee aisle & you can find a handy dandy coupon to shop below. Since you know I’m all about saving money, I also like to check the Acme mobile app for other coupons and offers. Every dollar counts, ya know? 🙂

I first got obsessed with overnight oats when I got into healthy eating. I reallyyyy loved the idea of having a healthy breakfast every day but hated the idea of having to wake up early to do so. Thus: overnight oats were born. Basically, overnight oats are your traditional oatmeal—just uncooked. This recipe follows a simple formula:

  • Filling up a cup or jar with quick oats
  • Choosing your flavor and adding seasonings based on that (my favorites are peanut butter powder, cocoa powder, protein powder, etc.)
  • Add your liquid (I like using almond milk, coconut milk, etc.)
  • Mix it up!
  • Place it in the fridge overnight to set

Overnight, the magic happens. The mixture sits together and turns into a creamy, delicious breakfast. In the morning, all you have to do is grab it out of the fridge and you’re ready to go! If you need to take this to work, you can simply add a lid and bring it with you. You’ll be shocked by how delicious this is.

You can find all the ingredients for this recipe and Starbucks Sweet Mornings Blend at your local Acme Market!
